For seventy years, Albert F. Fitzgerald and his family have served the installers and family-owned flooring stores of Greater Boston and New England.

Albert and his brothers began setting ceramic tile in the Boston area in the 1920’s. In the early 1950’s, Al founded our company to sell tile from a garage behind our house in Somerville, MA. He quickly moved to a warehouse and showroom down the street and in the early 1960’s he set up shop outside Somerville’s Davis Square. There we got into the import business, beginning with mosaic tiles from Japan. Our company went on to establish branches in Portland, ME. and Bedford, NH., and in 1978 we opened our Woburn, MA location. After many years of success in Woburn, we needed more room to expand. As a result, in 2019 we opened our current warehouse and showroom in North Reading, MA.
